About these terms
These terms concern use of this website. They do not replace a proposal, statement of work, service agreement or other contract for ITSOFT services. Project scope, payment, ownership and support must be agreed separately.
Using the website
Use this website lawfully and responsibly. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious files or misuse its forms. Provide information you are entitled to share.
Website information
Website material provides general information about our services. Illustrative previews and sample interfaces are identified as such and are not evidence of client results or a promise of particular functionality. Contact us to confirm details relevant to a project before relying on them.
Intellectual property
Website material may be protected by intellectual property rights belonging to ITSOFT or other rights holders. Viewing the website does not transfer ownership of that material. Obtain permission where required before reproducing or commercially reusing it; rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.
Third-party links
External links are provided for convenience. Third-party websites have their own terms and practices, and we do not control their content or availability.
Availability
We may update or maintain the website, and access may be interrupted. Contact us through the available company contact details if a form or page is unavailable.
Responsibility and limitations
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but it may contain errors or become outdated. Confirm information relevant to your decision with us. These terms do not exclude or restrict responsibilities or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
